Apple Bread

- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups pealed applies, diced
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. backing soda
- 1 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Steps
- Combine the first 5 ingredients by beating by hand.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Place in a ungreased angel pan.
- Back at 350 for an hour to an hour and half.
Do not ice.
Bananas can be substituted for the apples.
